March 21 is recognized each year as the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. 

In acknowledgement of this day, the Multicultural Association of Wood Buffalo partners with local schools each year in order to host a workshop for teachers & students where participants learn tools to help them speak up against racism and promote inclusion.
