Our Free, Monthly Notary Clinic Service is specifically designed to provide accessible and essential notary services at no cost. We can offer support with:

We cannot help with:

  • Legal Advice
  • Drafting Legal Documents
  • Real Estate Documents
  • Wills

How To Access The Service

When: The last Saturday of every month from 10am to 12pm (unless otherwise specified)

Where: The Syncrude Sports and Wellness Centre (Room 1312).

Please ensure that you bring:

  • Photo ID and a single-sided copy of the ID
  •  The original document(s)
  • Single-sided copies of all necessary documents
 
Please be aware:
  • We do not offer printing services in the office. Please bring all necessary copies with you to the clinic.
  • All copies must be printed on Legal sized paper (8.5in x 14in)
  • All those who are signing must be present. 
  • Do not sign any documents in advance.
